I had problem run mach 3 for ox cnc and cbeam.

I had problem run mach 3 for ox cnc and cbeam. i set motor turning for X, Y, Z axis is step 200 velocity 2000 acce 2000 and pulse dir 0. for testing, i move x or y 100mm, 106,5mm in turn for actual. i changed bob mach 3 to grbl bob, which is ok overally. ANY OTHER SUGGESTION FOR FURTHER USING MACH 3 or any sharing experience when using mach 3 for me to learn more.
Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to the Mach 3 Gcode sender? Sorry I hear Mach 3 all the time and it can be confusing because there is a Mach 3 motion controller, a Mach 3 Gcode sender and Mach 3 post processor. Sounds like you might be referring to the Gcode sending software?

Hi Quoc, sounds to me you have your acceleration set far to high, try 100-200 as you could be losing steps if you try to move faster than the steppers can cope with.

On the settings page there is a button that allows you to calculate your steps per value by measuring a move made by the machine and entering a value into mach3

I have found for a router using a move close to the max available on each axis and then measuring with a good ruler or tape measure to be accurate enough to get a good setting.
