I had recently bought a 3d printer a few weeks ago. I had never used it before and I’m wondering… What material works best when you print?

Do you know what it can print? I would not want you to buy filament you can not use. What printer is it? Does it have a heated bed? A lot of people seem to like PETG lately, but it requires high temperatures. A lot of people like PLA too and that is low temperature.

Google your specific printer model and see what people are using. Some printers can only handle PLA while others do a full range.

Like the others said, it depends on your printer. Mine can print PLA and ABS but it seems like PLA is where all the noobs start.

PLA is the best for beginners.
