i have a question about my renkforce rf 100 it is ok that if i move the printhead fast enougth by hand (in the off state) that the baklighting of the display turns on i mean i know that a motor that is turned generates electricety but when it is going trouh the controlboard and also powers the display could anything broke?
maybe thats the issue of my other post with the sometimes random movement of the head? and if it is bad for the printer could i theoreticaly build in a diode to prevent that issue?
since i moved the axel the printer needs longer to turn on i think
Generally if the printers are wired decently it’s okay to move the head as long as you don’t move it too fast.
Ok thank you but could it be that this is why the printer makes random movments? (we will send it back today (within the first month)) but it would be practical if i would now it before i get another printer.
Random movement? No, that would be something else. Could you describe those random movements?
If i would print a line the printhead moves unexpected (not always) in the wrong direction during printing the line after that the printer prints normaly but the printhead is on the wrong place
This should be a pyramied
missing/deleted image from Google+
And the print sticks on the surface
Could be a bad driver.
Moving the head too fast might’ve overloaded the driver?
@Rien_Stouten it worked fine first but then this happend
@Adam_Steinmark yes maby first this dosnt happen than sometimes i moved the head slow and after a time it happened sometimes but after moving maby 10 cm in 1/4 sec (the screen turns on and off again) the fail happened often
