I have a very basic idea for the tires that would allow for many different tread patterns. Based on where you plan to run it.
I don’t know if it will work or not until I finish building my truggy. So I figure I would ask if anyone has thought of it yet.
Print out 2 sidewalls(inner and outer) with a slot built into them.
The tread would be printed out flat and thin. Making it flexible so as to wrap around and fit into the slots created in the sidewalls.
Last use a can of the new Seal It rubber spray paint, or the rustoleum equivent to seal the sidewalls to the tread and create a hard rubber surface on the tire for grip.
I am working on this design right now. If anyone better than me at this would like to give it a go, please do, if not then I will make it and share the results
