I have added a heated print bed to my plywood bed Printrbot Simple. I am sure there are a number of ways to do this. The biggest problem I see with this implementation is nothing is enforcing a minimum bend radius on the bed wires, so fatigue may be an issue over time. I’ll have to look at making some wire guides/supports for it.

That coiled wire wrap that is used for the Yaxis would work well. I’ve seen it at hardware stores for <$5.
