I have an original Ultimaker and am having issues with the nozzle clogging. I am able to clean it using propane torch followed by light sanding inside, but it clogs again after a few prints.

When I remove the filament, I notice that the end has melted about about 5mm, so maybe its melting where it isn’t supposed to?

Anyway, I know that after the cleaning “abuse” I probably need a new nozzle. Has anyone tried these?

Before you do anything, you should change filaments…

I have never had a nozzle clog. Never. 5 years, 0 clogs. If you’re using decent quality filament and not printing at some insane temperature, the problem isn’t clogging.

I used to have nozzle clogs, but that was with the UM V1 hotend. Since the upgrade to V2 from UM not a single clog.
