I have been sitting on this extruder for well over a year and finally found the time to start getting this little beast working properly behind the scenes. As most of you will know im responsible for developing the Flex3Drive extruders, the original and most powerful flex shaft extruders around, and this next development in the Flex3drive family of extruders is built upon the same proven reliable tech. Its really small, lightweight, and im calling it the Flex3Drive #2in1-Duo. More details to follow. Key headline is dual 1.75mm filament and hotend combo designed to work together. In the meanwhile here are a couple of prints from it using a fade from one colour to the other, using FormFutura PETg and the temps still need a little dialling in, but its a great material. The #2in1-Duo can be used as a straight up switching hotend, without having to use a purging tower, or can be used as a blender style hotend. I hope you like the results. (Sorceress: Red to Silver - Skull: Green to Black)

I’m interested - Just saying !

Looking good, Jason… :smiley:

Sweet!!

Yes, Ax pointed me to the website about this some time back. What’s the layer height of the print there?

@raykholo Layer height on the skull is 0.12 and same on the sorceress iirc, 0.4mm nozzle on both.@Brook_Drumm @Ax_Smith-Laffin @Brad_Barrone thanks!

That’s a very nice slope on the upper thigh of sorceress. I was expecting a lower layer height. Maybe the model is just larger than I think.

Anyways, nicely done.

@Alex_Skoruppa yup, including kossel mini
