I have been trying to figure out a better belt tensioning system. I found these belt " clips " on thingiverse http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:184373.
So i made a slot for the belt to come through with a rounded edge and a channel for the clips to slide in. The bolt will come in from the back, 3mm.
