I have build my delta 3d printer
This is one of my first attempt to print some thing
While I was printing this i have noticed that the nozzle was a bit far from the print bed as you can see in the first photo, but as it started to print the other layers the nozzle was digging into the printed object.
Material: PLA
Slicer: simplify 3D
Photos Order :
Bottom, top, side
Can enyone help me with this problem and tell me what’s i am doing wrong?
@Mariano_Garcia
I used Google translate to understand what you are talking about, so i hope i got it right " you are talking about the bent in the object " this bent happened due to the shrinkage of the plastic because i don’t have a heating bed i guess.
And due to that bent the object was released from the sticky tape and started moving with the hot end
Try like 5 to 10 degree C lower print temp. Had warping like that with not heated bed and that seemed to fix. Also don’t have any thing fan the print cool while printing.
Level your bed and then print a first-layer calibration test (or stop a print after the first layer). You should see no stringiness, every laid-down track of filament looking flat and fully touching the ones next to it, achieving 100% coverage. If not, look again at whether your bed is level, and if that looks good, you might look at whether you have under-extrusion for some reason (you can compensate with slicer settings). Good luck.
