I have done the first version of the MarlinConfigurationEditor,

It harvest the http://marlinfw.org and add “help” within the editor so you get both current marlin documentation and the comments inside configuration.h and configuration_adv.h (not so much documentation on that file) The editor is part of Marlin3DprinterTool

I appreciate all the “likes” but I want more beta-testers. Soon, Marlin RC8 vill be released and then it would be nice if all the functions work and the migration to RC8 runs smoothly.

Today I added the firmware update from a AutoTune PID. I will test the function later tonight.

I am ok to be a beta-tester. I actually have a P3Steel with a RAMPS 1.4 kit, I also have a BL touch auto probe sensor…

I got another printer, powered by a Melzi 2 Board…

Where could I find your sofware ? I can test it with my 2 printers…

Installing

The installer can be found at

  1. Press download
  2. Run the MSI
  3. The program will create shortcut in the Start-menu and on the desktop

I have not made support for more than one printer (yet)

the only thing you have to do is svae the xml files in another directore/rename and run the other printer. Then you will have to swap back… I will add multiple printersupport when things are more stable

BRB… I help you if there is problems… I need to get some feedback on the installation…

There will be a better v0.2 soon… It has more features on Marlin migration and update of Firmware… it is actually a totally new program.
