I Have Printed This Fidget Spinner And I Dont Know Why… Everytime I Print Something… There Is Always Gaps Between … Its Doesnt Matter Wether Is The First Layer Or Infill… I Always Have Gaps In Between… Can Yoh Guys Just Tell Me… Why This Is Happening?

It looks like youre under extruding man. Have you calibrated your extruder yet?

I think… I didnt… Can you just guide me through the process… @Cristian_Martinez

You’re not underextruding. Your filament is slipping in the hobbed bolt. You’ll notice extrusion is actually fine in some places, and then just has these tiny little areas where it stops for a short while. You do need to properly calibrate your E_steps_per_mm in firmware, and you also need to ensure your filament diameter in the slicer is correct, your nozzle size is correct, adjust the tension on your idler lever if you have that ability, and print 30-40mms to start with.

Ok… What worked for me to solve this issue was…

Decreasing the temp from 230 to 220°C
And decreasing the flow rate from 200% to just 100%

And decreasing the layer height from 0.4 to 0.2 for first layer… And from 0.2 to 0.1 for rest of the layers…

Printing speed was 25mm/s…

And now everything is just perfect…
