I have problems with overhangs on my ORD BOT HADRON from
Punchtec.On this picture you can see the problem, all the time i get too much ABS before the nozzle. Tried to reduce the flowrate, no success.
Any sugestions?
It could be too hot and instead of changing the flow rate, try to calibrate your e steps.

ABS overhangs are hard. I find it’s best to have a heated box, but that’s hard to do for a small part.
I do wonder if your temps are too high.
I would look up Triffid Hunter’s calibration guide and follow it’s instructions.
Bei den kleinen MArvins kannst du mal einen Lüfter zum kühlen ausprobieren. Vielleicht geht’s. Bei meinem Smart ABS funktioniert das jedenfalls super.
