Is the new nozzle the same diameter opening as the old one? It looks like over extrusion.

It might also be too close to the bed on the first layer.

First layer is too low. Play with your Z offset

For sure nozzle is too close to the bed. If you switched out the nozzle you will have to relevel the bed.
