I just surpassed the 500 hour printing time on m y MakerBot rep 2

Any major servicing in that period of time?

The only thing I had to do was to apply the grease to a few spots. I have only had 2 filament jams .
I have printed 122 projects with only 13 failures-- mainly due to SD card issues
SO far so good…

ABS or PLA, what layer height, filament source and what’s your ambient temperature and humidity on whatever continet you live on?

I print at .20mm layer height, I use MakerBot and Prototype Plus filament
I am in Northern Virginia, USA
