I like the idea of the passthrough windows on the new kit, but since you are moving the bed up and down now, doesn’t the passthrough need to be bigger than the small slot you have in your models? It looks like the material needs to be feed at a pretty specific height this way?
The pass through is designed for sheet material the slot is about 60mm without the brushes. With the brushes it will be a little less. More than enough for sheets but if you need more, you could also remove the whole cover and have 100mm height. The pass through supports the max width of 650mm.
