My wife keeps a 60ml sample from her favourite whiskeys but wanted a way to store them while still being able to see the different colours.
They were being kept on her whisky barrel I renovated (I’ll post that another time) for her but this does get sunlight which is not great for whisky so I went with LED as it will have a lesser impact.
The wood is Tasmanian oak finished with Danish oil
That being said I am a non drinker but we just got home from a Whisky event where I bought her a bottle of whisky knowing that tomorrow morning I am off to the woodcraft tool shop #winwin
