I made some progress today with the enclosure. But I need to do some grinding on the doors so that the hinge pin has somewhere to go, otherwise they will have to be flipped outwards and I dont like that look. I found some more sticky 12v LED’s laying around, so I placed them on the aluminum angles in the corners. There are so many LED’s in there, it’s starting to look like a carnival.
And without a front door, it acts like a megaphone. That printer is really loud now.
Eventually, I will make a custom enclosure for the filament on top. I have silica gel beads floating around in it to keep the moisture content down.
