I need some math help

I have a Plexiglas cylinder with an external diameter of 55.62mm and a length of 912mm. I have LED Strips that are 11.9mm wide and 2000mm long. How may time can I wrap the cylinder and what it the proper gag between each turn?

I did this a while back and used a helical coil calculator to estimate: http://deepfriedneon.com/tesla_f_calchelix.html

I found that the larger the gap between each winding, the harder it is to wind tightly and securely without twisting the strip.

I didn’t calculate it directly, but put it into CAD and it looks a pitch of about 88.5mm will get you there. (Provided that the strip will wind and twist like that.)
