I recently ordered a Tatsu Drive gear, and I’m wondering what the average arrival time is from order. I think it’s kind of weird that you can’t check your order status on the Deezmaker website (unless I missed that.)
The people at Deezmaker are loaded with getting their promised Bukito (Kickstarter) printers out the door on schedule. Including mine. Try signing onto their website and asking Diego or Whosawhatis (sp) directly. They’ve always seemed very responsive to people messaging them with problems.
@Diego_Porqueras_Deez @Whosa_whatsis , do you have any insight to offer on this? Is there any way for me to see an estimated arrival time or the order progress on the site?
@Kenneth_Cummings , I am aware of how busy they are with back orders/kickstarter and whatnot, that’s why I didn’t want to bother them. Also there is no way (from what I can tell) to login to their site.
Diego is at CES right now showing our machines in the Leopoly.com booth (right across from MBI). I stayed to run the shop and keep production going, but Diego handles intake of online orders and making shipping labels, so nothing’s shipping out until he gets back. I’ll try to make sure he doesn’t get caught up in anything else before those get processed when he gets back.
Cool, I didn’t notice him in any of the pics I saw of the Leopoly booth, I hope you guys get a lot more attention than MBI. No worries about the shipping time, I was mostly just confused about where to get order info from and when I should check my apartment’s post desk.
All the pics I’ve seen of it were ones he wasn’t in because he took them.
