I recently was printing on my printrbot plus v2 when our home power went out for around a minute. Then the power had come back on the printer’s power tower appeared off even though switched on. After that the printer would not connect to the computer and for some reason the fan is stuck on. Please help I’m new to all this.
Did you attempt a reset of the printrboard? Do you see the usb device ?
@Andre_Courchesne1 I tried to reset it by holding reset for 10 seconds but that didn’t seem to work.
You have to short out the 2 pins in the center as you are pressing the reset

The procedure to reflash you printrboard is on the Printrbot site under support headings
@Steven_Hauser I connected the boot pins and held the reset button but sadly it still shows cannot connect.
