I saw this today and I know how I can modify this for my flashforge creator (mbot replicator dual). Can this ruin my extruder?

Perhaps I’m not creative enough but I cannot think of any way in which this could harm an extruder at all. It might leave marked material in the nozzle, which would later bleed out, but I don’t think it can physically damage it.

No physical damage but you may need more heat. Some extruders clog doing this so be warned ( afina from what I have tested) but my e3d on my prusa i2 no issue aside from +5c
