I switched to Mesh Bed leveling (and ABL).

However, I discovered a ‘G28 X0 Y0:G28 Z0’ which cura places in my GCODE
disables Mesh Bed Leveling in Marlin 1.1.0 RC6 (as of 04/21/2016).

I replaced these with G1 X0 Y0
G1 Z0.

Now, Mesh Bed Level rotates the Z while it is moving on the X-Y plane.

However, Will it cause my MBL to become deactivated when there
is such a long wait for the heaters?

Any ideas?
