I think I’ve got the other ubis working (for now at least). I’m gonna go dual extrusion with one of my printers. Should I go Bowden or direct? I’m not really in the need to print flexible filament

Bowden. The weight savings will be significant and result in higher quality prints; just keep the bowden short.

I am still working on the system but its either going to be core xy or a derivative of a smartrap combined with some own little changes I’ve been wanting to make. I havent used a bowden in a while and really down remember a quality difference, but my printer was far from the quality for then new one.

So that is what the ubis hotends look like now…interesting

These are from the very first batch of Ubis 13S - now they are black anodized instead of silver aluminum.

Sorry I should have mentioned that they are older units. I realize that just putting Ubis is a little misleading.
