I thought people would like these photos. I didn’t do a great job with skinning of the fuse, steaming may be in order. It was just a mock-up anyway.

I received my Printrbot Go Large! I’ve been experimenting and learning how to use it. It’s large. The switch to Slic3r wasn’t too bad. Octoprint is awesome!

In these pictures I’m printing the currently largest part and trying to get it not to peel at the ends. I’m printing @ 30mm/s on blue tape with diluted white glue painted on. Will it peel?

I’m dropping the flaps for now and am working on the elevons.

^+1 - What are you building? (I can see it looks like a an aircraft, but…)

It’s an OSHW mostly 3D printed 1m span flying wing for RC/UAV/FPV applications.

It didn’t peel. :) There is a slight bow in the part. Ill try printing a bit slower. It’d be cool to put a heated build plate on this thing.

I don’t know what material you’re using but have you tried printing using a brim around the outside? (It worked for me when printing with ABS on my PRUSA Mendel)

A brim eh? Never tried that but I will. I’m printing in PLA.
