I tried printing “Common Gear set” http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:146289 in ABS again after changing the threaded Z-rods from M8/1.25 to M6/1.0 and while I probably am not using the exact same settings in Cura the Z layer alignment has changed alot for the better with M6.
Too bad I could not find the previous print with the original M8 rods that came with the ORD Bot.
Standard disclaimer on surface quality 
My QU-BD nozzle has no flat surface.
Edit: 0.35mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer
