I used to work for a extruded pipe company back in the day and we produced two-wall ABS pipe with a foam layer inside the two solid walls. I wonder if we could use the same foam action to fill hollow cavities, either with a dedicated extra head, or double purged from the single head that extruded the walls…
Hell, you could extrude glue (hot glue action?), epoxy, silicone, expanding foam, concrete, plaster of paris in the cavities if you wanted to.
