I’ve been playing with a design for a baseplate to attach some casters to some (short) 3030 legs to make my machine more mobile. Obviously, I will have to modify the nuts and the length of the bolts, but I was trying to see if the holes lined up correctly and see how the.25” HDPE faired as a plate. I was satisfied with the use of HDPE as a plate. The holes were a little off because my 3020 CNC controller scale doesn’t translate to Fusion 360 1:1. I had to adjust the scale to 1.95. It was a little off, but the holes match up.
