I want to start start printing with the Nylon. Does anyone have a profile for a Makerbot 2x printer and the Taulman 618 Nylon filament? What settings do I need to change?

Dry the filament completely in an oven or dehydrator before even trying to print, and store it in a drybox with fresh desiccant. It’s terrible to print wet and it sucks moisture straight out of the air. UHU Gluestick on a ~50c bed has worked well for me. Printing faster and at lower layer heights will reduce warping. You’ll probably want more retraction than normal (like 2-4mm).

What print temperature did you use? If anyone has a makerbot profile they can send me that would be awesome.

Don’t recall the temp I used offhand sorry. Was something like 250C. I haven’t ever used Makerware/Desktop for nylon my my R2x, I switched to Simplify3D ages ago.

When printing with thinner layers you can reduce the moisture “frosty” effect greatly. I mostly print Nylon from Trimmer line which never gets dried at all. Just try a couple of easy prints to figure out a temperature where is floats easily and also sticks well to the recent layer.
