I was one of the people who worked on the 3D printed TSA keys last year, and recently went live with what I would call the evolution of that project: TSATool.
TSATool is a “Swiss-Army” style folding key holder that lets you carry and protect the two most common TSA master keys (TSA002 and TSA007), rather than trying to use/store the relatively fragile original versions of the keys.
It’s a pretty simple build, BoM is on the page as well as an exploded 3D render that should make it clear how it all goes together.
Would love any feedback on design or documentation, I’m looking to try and start doing a better job of getting these projects out there for others to see and hoping this is a good start.
