I would like to warn potential customers about http://fabber-parts.de

They shipped the things I ordered within a few days but their after sales support is non-existant. An item was dead on arrival and I have tried contacting them to no avail.

I have emailed them on March 16 and 26 and also tried their online support form on March 19 which in turn sent an automatic response back to me as verification.

I still have not heard from them and it is now April 10. Does anyone know is something is up or if they just don’t give a…

If their silence has a legitimate cause I will of course update this Google+ post accordingly.

Hm, just yesterday I ordered from them again, as my orders from over a year ago went through without any mayor issues. I got a seemingly non-automated confirmation today, so I guess they (or he, it’s really only Christian Metzen) are still active, but just won’t bother replying to you…
Got a recommendation for an alternative 1.75mm ABS german/european filament supplier, @korpx ? Igo3d? Membino? Amazon? 3DDinge (@Nils_Hitze y u no sell 1.75mm ABS?)
Edit: Canceled my order. RepRaper filament is cheaper on ebay anyways (19,89€ and free shipping from 珠海西通电子有限公司)

I ordered 3kg PLA and 1 heatbed in february but they only sent the heatbed and 2kg PLA. I wrote several emails and tried contacting them by phone. Still waiting for any kind of answer…

Screw this, i’m heading straight over to PayPal.

@Thomas_Sanladerer I’ve only ordered once from http://reprapworld.com in the Netherlands. They claimed my first order was shipped but the tracking was seriously weird and gave me a package destined for another country. It never showed up, but they were very nice enough to send a new package to me right away so my relationship with them is all good so far. We have a few shops here in Sweden popping up recently which I will try out, but I think the shipping would make it not worth it for you. Hard to compete with the Chinese cost-wise.

Actually http://www.3dprima.com in Sweden could be interesting. 24,90€/kg, free EU shipping >100€. Don’t know the origin or quality of the filament.

Update: http://www.3dprima.com carres ABS, PLA as well as a few different Taulmans’, NinjaFlex etc.

Looks like their ABS is identical to some of the ebay offers (same label and spool). But they have 1.75mm PVA, which is notoriously hard to find elsewhere!
