Cool as the pancake bot is, it is not a “3D” printer when it only prints in a single layer and does not have a 3rd dimension. Really annoys me when people refer to anything cnc controlled these days as a “3d printer” of some sort. Same with the Glowforge being refered to as a “3d laser printer”
