Well, before that, you should print a minimug ( http://reprap.org/wiki/Minimug ) for a toast to your completed printer!
Good idea. I haven’t thought about that. 
I only got to about half height after several attempts on my minimug (I used the teardrop reprap-logo-shaped one though), so I toasted it with a half minimug.
(Turns out the printrbot wood extruder with 1.75 mm filament does not mix well with retraction unmodified, especially not default 3 mm retraction — the hole between drive and hot end is 3mm filament sized and with the retractions the filament would buckle in there during the refeeding. A small piece of PTFE Bowden tube to make the hole smaller cures all ills.)
