If you have more than one esp8266 -01 you know the struggle! It takes 10 sec to flash a new script and about ages to connect the cables correctly to the next WIFI board. Adapter Mark2 solves this!

I have opposit problem.

@Lukas_Kymla what’s the issue?

Flashing ESP. So many HOW TO but none of them work for me. Actually i give up whole ESP. MCU ( atmel…) is more friendly.

@Lukas_Kymla flash guide should be this week. :slight_smile:

There are quite a few (admittedly more expensive) ESP8266 boards with a USB connection for flashing/power. They’re pretty easy to hook up…

@Stephen_Warren And bigger, sadly.

@Stephen_Warren true but they are 3 times as big and not suitable for some projects.

Great! Your article gave me an idea. I was also looking for something to harness to push the esp module into. You can also cut an IC DIP socket in two pieces.
