If you take 3D printing and merge it with these building copters that move through space in 3 Dimensions and task each copter to build one section. " What CAN’T you BUILD"?

“I’m totally unappreciated in my own time”
Interesting,but you can’t build a functional human organ with that
@David_Malnar
ok see now, imagine that every copter were equiped to print things. flying printers.
now these would be supersized and be making buildings or vehicles, but the 3D printers would still exist as is, so they could print organs while these printed buildings
A saw the copter 3d printing concept somewhere,but I think that the precision issue is too big for the useful 3d printing.Also the amount of power required to melt plastic is too big for the copter battery.But is good to add new possibilities in 3d printing, it can open a new way of doing ,with combination of other known techniques.
@David_Malnar
I have a way to eliminate the battery all together and generate massive amounts of heat and energy
Ok,I can imagine that with the wire attached to the copter (or wireless like RFID) ,what about precision?
@David_Malnar
no wires but similar to RFID, precision is a simple matter of miniaturization
Ok,thank you for mind opening, a new possibility of 3d printing
@David_Malnar
we can have existing 3D printers print out the micro copter printers and then the micro copters can work alongside the large printer copters while others take care of load bearing
The 3d printers would be stationary, then the completed parts would be carried into place by the copters.(like the Leloo building scene from The Fifth Element)
Honestly, swarming autonomous quadcopters give me the screaming heebie jeebies.
@Mike_Miller
stationary for now
Or carried on site by the copters…or one builds the other! yeah! That’s it! The Printer PRINTS the quad copters, and they carry it to where it needs to go.
@Mike_Miller
yes that’s what I’ve been saying all along, the printer, prints copters. The copters handle assembly and repairs and the copters can also build and assemble more 3D printers.
