If you’re using bowden extruder, which design are you using currently? (or your favorite)
I have used my own designs so far, but I’d like to print one and compare it with mine.
It would be nice if it use MK7 or MK8 gear and w/o reduction gear.
And no problem under 90mm/s print speed.
Can you guys recommend one for me?

This one is what I use, You need a decent drive gear, a spring and a 608z bearing with a grove in.

Currently using a modifed Schlotzz extruder ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:275593 ) with an E3D HobbGoblin, however it works straight out of the box with a MK8 gear.
@Ax_Smith-Laffin I used to use like that. Print the one I’m using. The bearing and gear as you have there is right. What you need is a spring ( I use suspension springs from an hpi rc car.) And a 8mm shaft 16mm long. No adjustment anymore change filament easily without running the gear.
This is the one i use, need a mk7 gear and 608 bearing
