I’m brand new to 3d printing & not too knowledgeable. I recently purchased a QUB OneUp printer, & I’d like to operate it via my tablet, running 4.0.4. When plugging in the OTG cable, the app does not recognize the printer. Is the OneUp compatible with your app? If not will you be releasing an update for compatibility?

@Frank_Arcamone the OneUp seems to be based on Printrboard electronics which works well with GCodePrintr. The problem might be caused by the tablet or the USB cable.
Please read the FAQ and follow the intructions for detection problems. http://gcodeprintr.dietzm.de/FAQ.html#detecterror

Thanks for the quick response. It appears my Pyle Asto tablet does not support usb hosting. However I tried connecting via my Galaxy s3 phone & it works great.
-thanks

Update:
I have successfully rooted my tablet using “Kingo” from my pc. I then downloaded the app “usb host check” to my tablet & the app automatically fixed the usb host support. So, now the “gcode printer” works great
Here are links the the two apps
