I’m having an issue with slic3r 0.9.9 on my PC. I’m telling it only to do 2 loops but it’s wanting to do about 10x that. Anyone seen this before?

Did you accidentally mousewheel down to concentric infill?

Under the glas right side is it a sensor?

Upgrade to the latest Slic3r - the newest stable version as of this post is 1.1.7
Also look at the gcode itself (e.g. with http://gcode.ws ) to see what exactly Slic3r decided to do.

have you got a big number in “Minimum extrusion length” or somehting like that

So I deleted the config file and recreated it and it seems be gone now. Also I haven’t dialed my stuff in well enough for Cura though I’ve heard good things.

Yeah I was going to try out the FSR sensors but I broke one in the process so I’m waiting on a replacement. I’ll let you know how it goes.

So far I’ve not had any luck as I have sooo much play in my effector due to crappy bearings an general meh. Hopefully I can solve this with v-slot.
