I’m impressed again by my own printer 
I had some LiIon batteries lying arounf from a spontaneous order at my favourite elecronics shop (http://www.pollin.de), they are 800mAh, Huawei HBC80S. So I designed a snap-in case for those batteries, added a place for a small USB LiIon charger module and added some pins where I can plug on a 60x40mm PCB. Those pins have a radius of 1.5mm and came oout perfekt. The material is extrudr PETG ‘metal’, printed at 90mm/sec, layer height 0.25mm.
