I’m interested in knowing what OpenRC members fly. Cause let’s be honest, even ground vehicles fly.

You forgot unicopter.

I apologize… limited # of choices. I recommend mono and bi copters with cyclic should say “Helicopter” in a comment, I’ll count results :slight_smile:

Need to be able to pick more than one. And where’s heli’s? I’m an RC nut.

I know… 5 choice max and there were no polling options. Just post your list in a comment, inquiring minds want to know. :slight_smile:

Or vote with what you are most dedicated to.

Fixed Wing Prop (Speed, Carrier, Sport, 3D), Multi Tri, Quad & Dual, Heli, No Ducted Fan Yet (Need a 3D printable one :-), Powered Gliders, DLG, Off-Road rally cars.

@D_Myers , you’re in luck, I’ve produced a 64mm 3D printable one: http://www.circuitgrove.com/products/64mm-ducted-fan-single-stage-axial-compressor

Sweet, will have to build and test on my thrust stand: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:770637

BTW: If you please, a shameless plug; please vote for this design at: http://www.instructables.com/id/RC-Aircraft-Thrust-Stand-Version-2-Hack-of-a-Kitch/
Thank You

Fixed wing prop (Sport, Aerobatics, Powered Glider, Scale), Ducted Fan, working on a 3D printed Truckee.

fixed wing no prop, fixed wing single prop, heli (both cp and coaxial), stadium truck.

Votes are still coming in :). Thanks everyone. This is turning out to be pretty good feedback. Lots of multicopter users, eh? Are there any Open Source Hardware designs out there worth mention?

Glad to share and expand the two platforms I have been developing for 3D printing. The Tri-Copter is my absolute favorite and flies rock solid.

If you have additions, suggestions, … create a Remix or tag me in the comments and let’s keep it moving forward.

Lots of other RC related items also.

Very Cool D Myers, ever consider adding them to http://openrcprojects.com?
