I’m looking for a filament extruder. I need something sold in Europe and ready-to-use (no kits). Until now i only found @Noztek_Corporation and it looks very professional. Is there something else?

Personally I can strongly recommend @Noztek_Corporation . You might want to reach out to them via mail or phone in order to clarify what you’re exactly trying to do - then they can give you proper advice for a specific setup (pre-heating coil, etc.).
You might also want to reach out to twobears or Kai Parthy… maybe they can assist?
My cousin is working on releasing one where the goal is be able to source everything needed from any hardware store but it’s still in testing, and in US…

I don’t see Strooder to match the performance of Noztek… given we played quite a bit with different machines, I have my doubts about this form factor.
And it looks more like a toy, not like something serious.
