Some folk say to buy a crappy 3D printer from china for parts to use in a fresh build. I have never done that though.
I have used some green garden stakes from Lowes and 3D printed ends for replacement delta arms.

Used? Ebay? Not a lot of used inventory out there

all comes down to budget. if you want a delta and you have a low budget go with the folgertech is you are in the US. but if you can swing it get the flsun with the linear guide ways

@Phillip_Ramirez what does the flsun use for a control board, im not looking for anything that uses a ramps board

I agree with these folks if you are gonna just scrap for parts start with a Chinese kit or buy used off eBay, but letting us know what you want out of a Delta and your budget would help alot.

its ramps. but for the price if the kid just upgrade the board to a 32bit board.
