I’m looking to print myself a new extruder for my #Makibox because of frequent stalling.
What’s the current state of the art on 1.75mm bowden extruders"
My top requirement is absolute reliability with changing mechanical resistance from the hot end and minor diameter/shape-changes of 3rd party filament (not an issue yet but it may happen later).
I want to reuse the current stepper and drive bolt.
Did anyone design an extruder that grips the filament with more then 1 driven bolt to increase contact area?
