@Jules_Hoehn maybe you are using the wrong kind of glue stick. I’ve never found it a bother. I just rinse my plate in warm tap water and mild detergent, and the glue is gone in a few seconds. It requires water soluble glue stick of course.

I also very rarely clean my build plate since there is very little buildup. Only if the object is really big do I apply new glue over the old. Most of my prints adhere very good to the plate by just spraying a light mist of tap water on the old glue before the print.
