I’m preparing motors for replacing on my MaxNC10 as i convert it to bipolar mode. In this process i found that the wire always bend near the motor housing, because the hose is stiffer than the wires. To cope with that i made these supports in order to avoid broken wires after hours and hours of use.

How did you mount them? Epoxy?
