I'm quite pleased with how the windows came out.

I’m quite pleased with how the windows came out.
Can anyone guess the model I’m working on:

a mosque?

Nice Church.

3D printer ?

Hah. You folks need to visit Philadelphia!

That is cool!!

what printer are you using?

The printer is a Replicator 2.
Clue: The building is not used for religious purposes and it’s not in Philadelphia.

3d printer but it looks like something from italy

I don’t know what building it is, but it printed very well!

I’m working on a similar project and am wondering, how big did you make the grill in the windows? …what is the cross section of the tiny spindles?

If you understand OpenSCAD, I can post up the source for the arched windows and balcony?
It’s a one off full of magic numbers unfortunately, I’ll be putting it all up on Thingiverse in the next couple of days if you’d prefer to wait.

I don’t know openscad, so I’ll wait for the Thingiverse link. Just trying to get a sense of how you printed it all. Thanks!

Pretty cool

Big Ben?

Oh, hang on, I could only see part of the picture… It’s clearly not Big Ben!

is it in Italy?

No, it’s in the USA

That’s the tower from Independence Hall.

No, but similar, I they were built within 20 years of each other. Independence Hall has a clock in the base tower and an octagon arched tower at the top.

@Marcus_Ritland I’ve now posted the item to Thingiverse if you want to look at the source.
