As @Jasper_Relph said… was there any reason you decided to print this vertically rather than flat? I’m pretty impressed at how well this came out considering the lack of supports.
i didnt know that kapton tape could be that usefull keeping plastic on the spot . Look at the V. thats a small area to keep grounded. My guess is the V moved a bit 
But still good job at getting it printed vertically
