I’m trying to get dual extrusion to work with one nozzle and I got pretty close http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1494026
but I can’t find a way to get rid of the exes filament leftover from purging out the old color. Cura 's tower and ooze shield force an extruder switch every layer which is very unnecessary and still isn’t very clean. I want to do a wipe motion like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZzyo8ZGEIM
but if I tell cura to go down to Z0 it won’t go back to it’s original height after doing the swap. Any suggestions?
