I’m using solidoodle 4, and I’m having that space. Is that space caused by the printer or my slicing setting ??

The slim line between your permiters? That could be lash/backlash because off to loose belt.

@Jesper_Lindeberg Yes that slim line, so I have to tight the x-axis belt, isn’t it ?

Slic3r works better if you specify the extrusion width.

I also set the extrusion width manually in Slic3r.
I like to use Sublime’s calculator to find the optimal extrusion width.
