Of course. Suggesting you know the beginning and ending led numbers. You simply set the color to black (0,0,0)
That’s not the same as setting the brightness. Don’t confuse one over the other.
If you are trying to change the brightness level then simply use chsv. Don’t confuse that structure with your average color structure though.
Yes, that is certainly an option … If I was working in HSV. Nothing a little conversion can’t take care of, just not as efficient.
