In my never ending quest to find the ultimate way to secure abs to the print bed… I’m thinking I may have found an answer.
A polyethersulfone sheet. It has very similar properties to PEI sheets but seems to hold ABS a lot better. It has a shinny side and a matte finish side… You print on the matte side. I just applied like PEI sheet with 3M-468MP. I’ve only done a few test runs but so far so good! I will try some larger longer prints in the next few days and report back

Ultem is pei.

this is what is used when printing ultem in a fortus

I was on the same quest until I built a chamber for my printer. Heated chamber solved all ABS warp issues.

Ah, @Loren_Brandenburg I stand corrected. This is PES (Polyethersulfone) not PEI (Polyetherimide) That’s interesting, I didn’t know that PEI (in resin form) was a popular SLA material.

Ran a 12 hour… 8 inch diameter abs part last night with no lift  part still failed as it had some layer separation half way up but at least it stuck to the bed
